these guys are awesome, and always treat me extremely well. they provide a car if I need it, or drop me somewhere if a long service. there are beverages while you wait, and tv if you like. only problem: the waiting chairs are brutally uncomfortable! just sayin...

Mike was a very helpful sales associate! He was super easy to talk to and not forcing anything. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

It took 4 solid weeks to repair my vehicle due to waiting for parts, the first part took 2 weeks to get and then was found to be the wrong one and so the correct part had to be ordered, and not all of the repairs were ever even completed! Then they didn't even clean the car for me, beyond wiping down the dash. I am thankful for the loaner, but the loaner was a hard step down in both size and trim level. Overall, my first experience at Karl Tyler's Missoula Volkswagen was pretty terrible.
