Bought a great used car at a fair price. Working with my salesman Anthony was a pleasure. He was attentive, communicative, and really seemed to want to make both me and his employer happy. Ask for Anthony if you would like a stress-free buying experience.

Ford Ranger purchased in May 2020. Nice vehicle, reasonably priced and equipped. Problem was getting a refund of $2900 for canceling my extended service agreement. The paperwork was slow but finally completed on July 30. No check arrived so I left a voicemail mid September with the finance manager. Nothing still. Called October 7 and spoke to store manager. He used every form of misdirection, avoidance, and excuse to again defer my request. He the gall to imply that it was the responsibility of the “ insurance company “ not his company to make a refund. Also he wanted me to believe none of the money went to Lithia. As if the dealer sells the service agreement and makes no profit. Also, a 9 week delay in the refund isn’t unusual. He pushed so many buttons that I did become angry. This Christian and family man seemed to have forgotten the Golden Rule just this one time. I think they would rather owe me the refund forever than to beat me out of it. All told I spent many unpleasant hours on this project over the the last 136 days and counting. He said “ God bless” just before we completed our call. Another ruse to deflect attention from their incompetence. Now I know firsthand why auto dealers have such a terrible reputation in the sales department. I wish I could give no stars review.

Amazing service department! My husband and I were on a road trip when we started having car troubles. We were lucky to have made it to Missoula and checked for any auto services, but it was Friday night and there were no openings anywhere until Monday. When we called Lithia Ford's service center the moment they opened the next morning, they were all booked out for the day as well, but we explained our urgency, and they let us come in right away. Although we had a dog with us, they welcomed us to the waiting room with coffee and tea as it was chilly outside. Turns out our transmission was busted, but they fixed it fairly quickly and we were on our way again! We had expected to pay thousands of dollars for everything (transmission replacement, vehicle checkup), but it turns out out everything was covered under the vehicle's warranty. They saved us from spending our trip stuck in Missoula without a working car, and we were able to enjoy a smooth rest of our road trip. Thank you guys so much for your honest, friendly service!

This place was amazing, the guy who sold us our car took such good care of us, even after he sold us the car he took care of my family and didn't just push us out the door. I think his name was Anthony(he has only been there a month but did such a great job) but everyone was great. The whole experience felt personal and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else in the future as these guys made us feel right at home. What a way to run a business! ♡♡♡
