Today is Friday 23 October 2020 and I wanted to compliment Devon and his co-workers in the service department of Danny Menholt University Honda for their excellent customer service. Devon was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my wife’s questions and gave clear logical suggestions. He was truthful, gave us a reasonable time frame and price for the change of oil and fluids of her Honda CR-V. The work was completed on time. I was so impressed with this experience, that this week we came back to have our snow tires put on both vehicles, my wife’s Honda and my truck a Toyota which I also had my oil changed and lubricated. Again, a great customer service experience. We will come back again and recommend them to our family and friends. Also, as an added benefit their service desks/stations, my wife and I, and our vehicles are all in a large, warm, and clean garage, and out of the rainy, snowy, and dark early morning weather.
Through a very long and convoluted process (my fault, not theirs) that involved team members from service, sales and financing, the folks at Denny Menholt University made things easy to understand, kept the flow of information unimpeded, were very clear about pricing options and stayed really late after closing hours to make things work for me. I dealt with five other dealerships of various brands during this process and none made me feel as comfortable as the folks at University Honda. Couldn't be happier.

Bill was very helpful with getting me the bolts I needed for my CRV! He was very professional and devoted his time and energy dutifully to ensure the problem was resolved effectively.
