Friendly patron, dryers work great
There was some lady there the other day who was harassing me as I was waiting for the bus to come, I was not even on the property, I was waiting on a neighbor's porch for the bus to come which on Wethersfield Avenue, it's finicky, it's supposed to run every half an hour?nBut it usually just comes when it wants too! I did not feel like arguing with her so I just turned my back away from her to avoid any conversation (out of sight out of mind)nbut she needs to focus on what's happening inside the business instead of what's happening next door where she has no say so.
Located on weather's field avenue which is ideal for me, it's clean and has a friendly staff.
Enid is awesome so helpful I’ve been to this laundromat for about a month and out of the 2 employees that I have to have interaction with she is very help with everything and is constantly cleaning and asking if you need help... the young girl that works there tells you from the desk what you need to do to help yourself she’s nice but not helpful. Enid is great and physically helps you she has great customer service skills !!!! Nice clean place to do laundry! Free dryer with wash.
