Vincent Ortega the owner is amazing. My car was fixed and back on the road in no time!!! I was so satisfied with my service and the mechanic is also amazing!! I will forever come here and continue to. I have been coming here for a while and am disappointed that I am now just leaving a review. Wish I could give them 10 stars. We went to Ledyard auto sales to look at a car they had on their website when we got there Jay was there to help us. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We purchased the car that we went to look at and was very happy with our experience there. To get insurance we needed him to send pictures to the insurance company and he had no problems with that and he registered the vehicle for us and everything so all we had to do was go pick up the vehicle. We went to a couple of other car dealerships and walked away because the sales people were very pushy and he wasn’t he just answered your questions and let you be. When we went to pick up the vehicle Vincent was there and he answered all my husbands questions on the different devices on the vehicle. Thank you Jay and Vincent for all your help and great salesmanship. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle will be back.
