Farewell Starbucks:)nnFirst I have to say it has been a fun ride with you. For years I knew everyone at my local Starbucks. I went there every day...multiple times a day:) I’ve been a gold member every year for 8 years now. I have all the mugs. I’ve been to hundreds of your locations in the US and Europe.nnToday one of the managers was rude to my wife. I understand we all have bad days...maybe this was a bad one for this individual.nnMy wife was humble enough to leave the store while I waited for our drinks. When I was leaving I wanted to ask the manager a question. I don’t think she listened to me...just spoke loudly over any words I attempted to speak. I wasn’t even able to finish a sentence.nnSo I left. Even as I silently left she was still loudly speaking at me.nnI’m new to Missoula (from Portland). I’ve been to this store a few times. The quality of their drinks has been off most times I visited. I never said anything. I started going to the Starbucks inside a grocery store because the people were nice (and my drink was perfect).nnKindness goes a long way. I enjoyed my third place for many years. But it’s time to find a new place.nnPlease be kind to your customers. Thanks.

Great place with great coffee. Staff was nice and chatty and masks were on! 4 stars cause of Starbucks price but that's kinda a given. A very wonderful place to get coffee

I never have written a bad review but I was just through this Starbucks and had my worst experience I’ve ever had there. The short reddish hair lady working the drive through was extremely rude and snappy. I know it was a bit busy but it always is and everyone there is normally so nice that they get tipped super well by myself and others. Disappointing..

Great products as well as great people. Two dings due to prices.nStarbucks is continually raising their prices. I will not go through ANY additional price increases.nMy business will be focused on locally base coffee companies.
