I just attended the Detox Yoga class with a talented guest instructor, Maria Ulbricht. The class was so original! Great poses, interesting thought provoking detox related content and a very comfortable space to safely enjoy all this class had to offer. I am a community member who found out about the class from a friend. I'll keep an eye open for similar opportunities like this from The Source and come back for more!

I absolutely love going to the source. I always have a good work out. The staff here is always friendly and greets you when you come in. The owner always has time to chat with you a bit and is always smiling and very cheerful. I just love the silver sneakers class Mondays and Wednesdays it's never boring and has the best workout of smiles and laughter.

This place used to be great! They recently did renovations that took out the back room where you could do weights and not be surrounded by a ton of people. Most importantly it was valuable to me as a woman because I could work out in a room where men couldn’t sit and stare at me doing squats. No such safe place anymore there. Got to deal with old men staring at me now everytime I bend over for exercise. Will be cancelling soon! I forgot to mention prices are going up in December. Yikes

I have been a member for more than four years, really like the source, and can't wait until they get back open. Indoor track is a great feature, especially in winter. Convenient, central location. Low-key atmosphere. Good variety of equipment and fitness opportunities for a relatively small facility. Great price structure. Never even noticed that the Source had a dress code, so it can't be too big a deal.

The Source has been my place of relief, my place to go blow off steam, and my place to break myself down to build myself back up, stronger. I can go, focus on myself and my body, no one else. The atmosphere exemplifies that; with a staff that are always smiling, waving hello to the equipment always well maintained to the family feeling I get of being apart of the Source.
