I made an appointment for my fiancé to get his haircut, I wanted to treat him to something nice for himself. While the haircut and staff were wonderful, I was told that military was given a 15% discount upon asking. However, to our dismay the discount was for active military only, excluding veterans. Really? I’m disappointed in the customer service to say the least. Active military or veteran, each has served our country in some capacity. Do not advertise what you are not willing to honor. We will be bringing our business elsewhere from here on out.

The best place to get your haircut in all of Hartford county. The location is so convenient, located right in the heart of blue back square and the newly renovated store is breathtaking. With a pool table, beverages & a relaxed atmosphere it makes a delight coming to. Lindsay and Bryan are fantastic people and some of the best barbers I have ever been too (I'm super particular with my hair) they constantly deliver the best haircut. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

I’ve been going to Kennedy’s for a few months now and have loved it. The atmosphere is great (it’s always nice to be offered a beer upon arrival, too), they have great barbers, and the membership pays for itself. If you go once and enjoy it and are someone like me who gets a haircut every 2-3 weeks, you’d be better off paying for the membership. It’s either $55/haircut or $75/month for unlimited haircuts. While they have a good staff all around from what I’ve experienced, I recommend Javale. He’s very attentive to detail and is especially great working with beards.

Place has gone down-hill fast. Can’t even get a call-back to schedule a haircut appointment. Every call has gone to voicemail. Judging by the post below, they do not have proper staffing.

Made an online appointment for 10:00 A.M. Showed up for a hair cut and me and two other people sat out in the cold for half and hour and the doors never opened. Had high hopes for a neat experience that went unfulfilled.
