This fitness studio it self is so clean with covid safety protocols in place that made me feel safe to be working out there. The whole building is beautifully done. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell they are all smiling under their masks. I was able to get an InBody scan to help me break down my personal weight loss goals which I find very helpful. The “Hollywood” workout on Saturday’s has a live DJ, and is just so much sweaty fun. The staff was able to give me modifications to exercises I can not fully do yet, and did it with no judgements. I personally love that the owner is from the community and is trying very hard to make F45 not just an amazing workout studio, but also a family feel community. I highly recommend anyone at any fitness level trying out a few classes. You’ll be hooked!!
