I can't get them to send a payment book not are they willing to provide a mailing address for payments
Don’t apply for loans or credit cards. I thought credit unions were suppose to be better to people. I was way Wrong.nnTricking you with bait and switch on cards (after 6 months 30+%!?!)nnPoor customer service too .
Terrible customer service at this location, came into credit union 1/3/2020 and received terrible customer service from tall blonde with short hair, black eye liner. No personality, very rude. Would never return to this location again.
BEWARE Horrible service, no one returns calls. Shockingly bad experiences, no wonder branches are closing. Sadly, I had to join for an HSA account that my other credit unions does not have. Update: I called so that I could ask them not to share my personal information as a letter indicated. The person who answered the phone said they couldn’t help me and that they couldn’t look up my account without my email. I asked for a manager and she said was none.
