Natali is an amazing worker. She has wonderful customer service skills and will go out of her way to help the customer. I'm not a Starbucks drinker myself, but I get something for the MIL as thanks for watching my little ones. If I did on a regular basis, I would be ecstatic to be served by her with her wonderfully cheerful attitude. Thank you again, Natali for helping me out and please continue being such an awesome person.
Place closed early all the time. Once again I pull in. Signs are lite up. People working inside. Nothing saying they are closed yet the refuse to.respond. I try to go in and they say they closed early. Then update your hours online
I ordered Venti Carmel Frappuccino, Grande Carmel Frappuccino, & Grande Carmel Machiatto..they were all very weak, little flavor, & one was not full all the way. I was very disappointed.
this place has very bad service I waited 45 minutes for a coffee that never arrived and I had to cancel the order. and the worst that those who attend have no education
