Very nice sales associate. Did forget something in my order. Was able to note it before leaving the drive thru window. No utensils for the mashed potatoes. Did not ask what sauce. Had to to ask for hot sauce. Food was as expected. Make sure you received a your items before driving off.

Chicken tastes freshly cooked everything I visit the Southington store. And their customer service is friendly and attentive.
For fast food, I'm always amazed at how good popeye's chicken is! The folks working the drive through are also looking out for you. They made sure to loooooad me up with potatoes and gravy (got the large size, it was practically overflowing) but also wrap that container in its own separate bag so it didn't explode on anything ud83dude02 I see you! It's appreciated! Yummy, not too greasy for what it is, and the biscuits are of course banging.
I love the food.nnI loved this place also, but the last time...I got the wrong drink and thw Cajun rice was half full..nnThe new guy wasn't paying attention.
