I was a walk in and they took me right away. A girl named Stephanie I think was amazing all throughout my haircut. She kept asking if I liked what she was doing and made me feel really good about leaving with my drastic change from no style to a short pixie. She left me looking and feeling cute and feminine and I now have a haircut that’s versatile and fits my face shape well.
No regard for returning clients or for appointments. Waited for over an hour and a half just to be asked if I could come back later because the stylist was running behind and the woman who came in after my appointment was going to be taken care of before me. It is VERY hard to make me a dissatisfied customer because I've worked 12 years in customer service, but congratulations! I would say that I'm a dissatisfied customer but I won't ever be a customer there again.
Nice little place with a comfortable feeling and a kind and professional staff!
Salon is badly managed. If you go, see Ashley only. She's great.
