I’ve been training with Connor (one of the amazing Lift Coaches) for the past 4+ years, and couldn’t imagine having another coach. Connor is one of a kind. His passion for his craft is evident with his ongoing research, and his willingness to teach and pass those lessons down through his coaching. Connor has the ability to understand your capabilities and limitations, and can execute a training program to achieve your maximum potential. His attention to form, and focus on breath and mobility is unique in the business. Connor is a gifted coach, and anyone who trains with him will be successful in reaching their goals, not only physically, but with their overall health and wellness.

My week isn't complete without a workout (or three) guided by Coach Connor Clark. Professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring? That only scratches the surface. Connor sees the potential of your fitness long before you can, and hones his programs to ensure you receive the results that are needed in your fitness journey.nnWorking out with Connor goes way beyond the motions of lifting weights, and encompasses a focus on breath work, stretching and mobility, and even mental health and clarity. He constantly is learning new modalities and methods, and brings a true sense of fun to all workouts, even the ones that incorporate Bulgarian Split Squats (ugh). LIFT Performance has quickly grown into what every athlete should be looking for in a workout environment. If you’re serious about what you want to do, this is where you should be. From the beginning, the Clarks have brought me in as one of their own and have done everything in their power to help me develop my strength, mobility, nutrition, and life in general. I was able to get a great workout from guys who actually know what they’re doing, and at a great cost! I will definitely be going back to lift! I’d even recommend it to my friends!

I have been participating in workout sessions with Connor since he started as an intern at Melt. Connor does a great job with working with you as a whole person, meaning he values connecting your inner self with your physical ability during workouts. I’ve learned a lot about the importance of breath and being mindful of what I’m doing and how it’s benefiting my body during workouts. Connor also does a great job with pushing you beyond what you perceive your limits to be. I highly recommend working with Connor on your fitness goals, you won’t be disappointed!
