We had a water emergency occur on a Saturday. Within 10 minutes we received a call back from the emergency hotline and within 30 minutes we had a technician onsite. Kevin was excellent. We cannot recommend Saucier enough. A+ service!

They just installed my new a/c and very pleased with their work. Had a problem with my old unit and they got someone out the same day to see what the problem was and very helpful through the process of ordering my new unit and installing it for me. Very professional and answered any questions I had and the work was done in a timely manner. Couldn't have been happier with the company!

Highly recommended. Our boiler started making strange noises last night. I called them at 8, they were here by 1, and the issue was fixed by 1:30. Very professional and reasonable priced.

Saucier installed a new unit at my moms place, unit had issues and house wasn’t cooling. Several technicians along with the service manager worked on the unit over several days until issue was resolved. Very happy with the professionalism from the company. Installation was very clean. I’d recommend this company as it was recommended to us.
