Great honest mechanics, period. I would never bring my car anywhere else. They are skilled with the capability and equipment to work on any car, including modern German vehicles. Davis the shop manger is also very friendly and accommodating.

L&S auto is a great place to find a used car. I was getting to the point where I either had to sink more money into the old car or take a leap of faith and invest in something newer. I had a few days off from work and happened to find a used vehicle from L&S auto on Cars.com. I had been car hunting since Feb 2020 and everything I wanted was either to pricey or else the car faxes indicated things like multiple accidents. So when I saw the car on Cars.com and then went to their site, it was pretty much exactly what I was looking for and within the price range I needed. I applied for a loan through my credit union that night and was able to get pre-approved. I then called L&S auto the next day to ask for a test drive. I drove down that same afternoon and when I arrived I walked into the show room. Nice, clean and tidy. The people at the desk were friendly and I let them know I was there for a test drive and which car. They were ready for me. They got Shane for me and within 10 minutes of walking through the doors, they copied my license and Shane handed me the keys. I was able to take the car for a test drive. It was just what I was looking for. It was so immaculate inside and out that you almost couldn’t tell it was 5 yrs old and not straight out of the factory. I was blown away. Plus the free car fax online let me know this car had no accidents on it. I came back after maybe a ten minute test drive and let them know I wanted to buy the car. I had also requested they take my old car in trade in. My car was 11 yrs old and on a spare tire as this was a few days after storm Isaias and I caught a flat driving home from work through the debris. I had $700 in cash and Shane and the other sales staff made it work out with my loan, the cash and my trade in. Within 30 minutes of returning from the test drive, the paperwork was being faxed to my credit union. I was able to change my coverage on my Geico app right then and there to keep the paperwork flowing. They scheduled me to pick the car up the following day after they gave it another once over. I arrived slightly late the next morning and Shane was none the less graciously waiting for me. We went to his office where we reviewed the paperwork, got signatures etc. He also informed me that he took the car out himself the afternoon before after I came back from the test drive. Noticed some road noise and threw on new tires. WHAT?! I was completely blown away. You simply do NOT get honesty and customer service like that these days. You just don’t! I was in and out within one hour and unlike my previous used car that came from a big name dealer, my new car was not on fumes. I had plenty of fuel to drive back to my town and get gas locally. So would I recommend Shane and everyone at L&S auto? Well considering how I was treated and that from seeing the car to driving it home was less than 72hrs, um YES! 100%! I highly recommend if you see a car you like, that you consider getting prequalified for your loan if you need a loan. I already knew exactly the make/model/year range/accessories I wanted and this car hit everything! Definitely call them. The first night I saw the car I was instant messaging online. I found out later it’s an automated system to give you some info on their web-site and not a live person which is why I didn’t get a cb the following day. Otherwise, clean facility, professional staff, excellent selection of used cars and they pretty much have something for everyone (from sedans to family SUV’s to the sweet corvette chilling in the showroom).

What a tremendous experience! I purchased my 2014 Ford Edge from Mark who was more than helpful with all my questions and concerns, the finance manager Shane helped me pick out a great warranty and helped me understand all the paperwork he was very efficient and I was in and out!! Before leaving with my new vehicle the owner Chris made sure that everything was up to my standards and I was happy with everything!! I had been shopping around and went to a few different dealership prior to going to L&S and I highly suggest this dealership by far the best and cleanest one I have ever been too!!
