Great service over the phone too and these days with covid-19.... Very nice and appreciated to have someone willing to talk you through a whole problem down to the last thing these days!
COVID quarantine started march 16th, its been over two months since the 14 quarantine mark. This facility is not operating to allow you regular access to YOUR money. Have to make an appointment to even open an account, even after the governor announced the next phase of opening is about. Safety or avoiding work by limiting even the possibility of customer interactions? I didn't feel more safe or secure just disappointed.
My experience banking with Clearwater Credit Union has been a great one. I really appreciate these people's work ethics and values. They are very fast, reliable and respond immediately to any issue when they arise. You are in safe hands with this credit union. Even though I moved to California since the beginning of this year, I have never thought of closing my account with them as they have gained my trust. I know very well that I will never find such a great service no matter where I go. They represent the true Montana values.
They are always professional, quick and efficient!
Went in to open up a business account. And the time they close was different than the time listed online. Still, I came in about 5 minutes before it was officially closed. The lady I was speaking with told me it would be about a 20 minutes job, but she wanted me to leave earlier because apparently going home an extra 15 minutes earlier is oh so important than getting a new client. Time to search elsewhere.
