Offers really good work out stuff I have yet to see such quality at other local parks. The trails are really clean i do see alot of poison ivy though maybe when things open up they will be able to fix it. Keep an eye out. I was there this week and saw them power washing the play scape makes me feel even better about going!

Lots of flowers & bunnies. The exercise trail seemed in good condition. Nice place for a little half-mile walk, following (& reading) the reading trail. Access to a longer trail. The wooded part of the trail gives lots of shade on for a hot day. They’re developing another wildflower area by the entrance; there currently is one in the middle of the circle driveway, where I startled 4 gold finches up out of the flowers. Nice playground for kids. People playing organized (Ultimate?) frisbee on the playing field. On a Tues. evening, the parking spaces were almost full. Only one negative: where there is one picnic table under some trees by the entrance, they could’ve made it handicap/wheelchair accessible, but instead they put in steps to go down the slight slope. I’m not sure if there were other picnic tables. The rest of the wide path I followed would be handicap accessible—stone dust & pavement & packed earth.

This is a great little park! There is a nice crushed stone path that is flat and wide (and follows a long, linear trail to neighboring parks). There are also small, well marked wooded trails to explore. My kids loved it! Lots of interfaces with the Hockanum River. It was muddy in early spring but that just added to the fun!

This park is awesome. There's something for children and adults alike. There are easy trails, a circuit with workout pit stops (which is awesome), and a play ground for the kids. They've recently reopened after the whole covid thing which is cool. I'm just sad I didn't know about it earlier.

Great place to go walking or have a picnic. There is even an exercise trail.
