Good social distancing other than one guy leaning over the glass, no problem with service always fairly quick.

Brett and his team Hector and Mike did a phenomenal job!! My experience was excellent, due to the pandemic it has made literally everything impossible but I still wanted to make my mom's birthday enjoyable it would not have happened if it wasn't for Brett's amazing and friendly costumer service. I had ordered a small catering order the same day and the food was done within 15 minutes! I was blown away with the excellent costumer service. On the phone I expressed how I wanted my mom to have a special dinner and I was freaking out since it was late and didn't want my mom's b-day ruined also she works in the hospital and definitely deserved a fun time for her birthday, Brett promised that my mom would have a great birthday dinner and he truly kept his word! Food was also packed neatly, fresh, delicious and generous amount of food. If there's a 5 rating scale I would give Brett and his team 6 stars!

Hear me out, I absolutely love moes! This one though needs to have a major touch up. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 with chicken and ground beef with toppings, and the other with just ground beef. When I received them they were both cold to the touch. When I got home I had to warm them up in the microwave. The rice was hard, cheese was not melted, and very little to no meat at all. No utensils, napkins, or anything like that. There were only a handful of chips in both the bags which were not salted or flavored at all. If I were you I recommend driving the extra few minutes to the West Hartford location. Will not be back unfortunately.

I do love moe's and this location has a very friendly staff and the food is great. I wish I could rate the customers that go into this place though because they worsen the experience. Almost every time I walk in there is always some fru fru uppity Karen complaining about something.

Bought two sodas out of the cooler, one of which didn't exactly feel all that cold. Asked for a cup with ice in it to pour the soda that I just bought into it and got charged more than what the bottle of soda cost me. I understand that places charge for a cup, usually it's like $0.50. They don't charge an entire drink price. And the two guys there didn't really seem to have a clue as to other things.
