The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This branch definitely deserves a higher rating.
Working in a youth home we have a lot of kids that don’t have parents at all or close by. A girl in our care wanted to set up a savings account and as a minor I wanted to make sure she was able to with this bank so I called their reserve branch and asked questions about documentation and if I would be able to give my own ID as an adult for her. The man on the phone said it should be fine due to our situation. Going into the downtown branch they were friendly until they realized I wasn’t a parent or of family relation to the child and rudely turned us away. Very unpleasant experience here.
The ladies were so sweet to me and my mom at this branch. I'm from California visiting my mom and helping her out with financial things due to my dads death 4 months ago and the ladies were so nice and with compassion for us. Thank you for being so nice and welcoming me like if I lived here. Keep up the great service.
Thanks for withholding my paycheck until the next day! Overdrawing my account is a ton of fun!! Why would I want to access my hard-earned money anyways???
