DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS!!! NO CASH NO CREDIT NO EXCEPTION! ONLY EXCHANGE!!! THEY NEED TO CHANGE THERE POLICY IF THEY EXPECT BUSINESS RIDICULOUS!!!!
Always good deals. Tons of fashionable options for men, lacking for the women. Store was physically freezing cold, which needs to be addressed.
This site is the absolute worst. I bought a jacket as a gift just before Christmas and was told by the cashier that I could return it By Jan 10. On Jan. 6 I went back to return the jacket as it was too small and of inferior quality. O was told by the cashier that I could only exchange it, as they did not give returns ,even though the jacket was in perfect condition and I had my original receipt. I then spoketo a manager who was very rude and started that I could only get an exchange and she would not take the jacket back and credit my visa card. When I protested,she told me to leave and threatened to call the police. BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM TRACK23, YOU OWN IT. I will NEVER walk into that store again.
