I was a little nervous about my return; but Victoria set my mind at ease. I work at the local Honda dealership and I know that people are nervous when they come into any store. Victoria made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to help. And she did just that. I can see why Eddie Bauer has been in business for so long especially if they have people like her. Making an exchange from a purchase online was extremely easy. I had the option of a full refund to my credit card or store credit. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.
The store personnel at Evergreen Walk are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely one of the best in store experiences I’ve had in a long time. Eddie Bauer customer service over the phone is a whole other thing, I spent two hours with three different reps and at one point getting hung up on by one of them. Eddie Bauer has serious inventory control problems , don’t trust the website for knowing if something is in stock. I had an order canceled because the item was no longer available but when I went online to reorder minutes later, it was available again , or was it???n5 stars for in store, 1 star for website and phone reps.
