This is my favorite of this type of burger place. The reason is the urban style fries (garlic, parmesan, aoli). So good! Burgers are good but fries the standout. Custard shakes great toonnUpdate:. Giving back the 5 star now that no more closing dining room beyond state laws. Glad it's back somewhat to normal.
They are nice and accommodating.
I have been to BurgerFi 20+ times, and every single one has been enjoyable. They have great burgers, chicken, onion rings, and fries. Service is great, and I've never had any issues or messed up meals(can't say that about any other burger place). There are no excuses for not going here.
The food took forever to be cooked after we placed our order. We were hand d a bag and my husband opened it. Opened fries, tasted one and said I didn’t remember you ordering fries. I brought the bag up front as it was the wrong order. They then handed the bag to another patron. Pandemic what? The price was also steep for the chili dog that was slapped together. The milkshakes were the best part of the whole experience.
Called in an order and they got it wrong. When I called about it after picking the order up they hung up on me. When I went back to the restaurant they remade the order; wrong again. The manager was rude and repeatedly cut me off during our call. I ended up eating fries for dinner with no burger and won’t be going back. Their competitor down the road does a far better job.
