On my two most recent trips to this restaurant for pick-up orders (last trip on 9/30 at 4:00 pm) a particular server continues to walk past me, ignore me, and text in the back of the restaurant even though no customers are inside or outside of the restaurant. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to call out to her so that she would not continue to ignore me. I informed her that I was waiting 10 minutes. She asked me whether I called regarding the pick-up. I said that I did not. Did she think that I was just going to wait there until they were ready to close? She quickly went to the back to retrieve it and then handed me the packaged meal. I thanked her. She failed to reply. A bell is needed up front, so that others (maybe those preparing the food) may acknowledge my presence.
Great food, great service, friendly atmosphere. Go there often for dinner and never leave hungry or displeased.
Waited 50 min for two small pies that weren't that good. They forgot our drinks but the apologies were sincere so they're good at something.
