The food was very good! However, I think the waitstaff and kitchen was very overwhelmed or just weren't great at multi-tasking. It seemed like they were doing to-go orders as well. My fiancee asked from shredded potatoes and he got home fries instead. I ordered the California omelet, but it just had a ton of bacon (not necessarily complaining!) and no avocado, so it felt like just a bacon and tomato omelet. And they didn't have any jam or jelly for the toast! With all that said, everyone was super friendly and the coffee was fantastic, so we will definitely be back!

My weekly lunch with my friend, landed us in Simsbury this week. We drive from the Bronx to Hartford to find good eats all on my recommendations.nOur waitress was great, the turkey wrap, fries, Gyro, chips was all delicious.nWe normally don't repeat the establishment but we will be back here, it was that good.

The wait staff was fine, but the kitchen did not perform well. We ordered pasta for kids, they told us as they brought the rest of the entrees out that no pasta is ready, and would take another 20 minutes (to boil pasta?).nnWe then ordered a hamburger; medium for the kids to replace the pasta, it came out red inside (not pink, definitely not medium). They did remove an item from the bill, but the overall experience was a disappointment. The other food came out of good quality and commensurate with the prices, but we were not thrilled.

We love Benny’s! Great food for a reasonable price and personable service in a very cute restaurant. It’s nice supporting local businesses with great service. Would highly recommend.

It was quaint great food decent prices and everybody was friendly waitresses and the head cheese that was going around talking to the customers and I spoke with him before I walked out he was a pretty cool guy
