The staff is awesome! And will push you to your limits during each class. The workouts are fun but tough at the same time!

Most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. You can find many other reviews here and other places where people describe the same issues. The new owner changed the place for the worse. The staff (especially the manager) are rude or apathetic at best. Then, they try to cheat you when you cancel your membership. Even though I was not on a contract, they kept billing me for many months after I cancelled. They kept lying and saying they had no records of my multiple cancellations. I finally had no choice but to follow my visa company’s recommendation and have them blocked. Then, they had their billing company harass me for months despite the manager and owner promising that my account was settled and they would not try to bill me anymore. Lie after lie...recently, they demanded that I pay for several more months before they will leave me alone. I asked the owner, Julian, directly to straighten this out and honor their promise...he did not even reply. Don’t believe his sympathetic responses to poor reviews here or anywhere else. He will steal your money and not ever respond or help you. Despicable and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

WARNING!!!nthe new owners are very shady!! the gym is run down and dirty... machines break constantly and are not repaired for months. worst part- when you want to leave, they will charge you for THREE MORE MONTHS. Even if you never had a contract.

Stay away! This was a good gym until a new owner took over a year or two ago. Almost immediately, they started taking away benefits and classes, stopped maintaining equipment, and started constantly harassing members to pay extra for personal training and other perks. I finally quit, but they kept charging me for months afterwards despite telling me several times that I would not be billed anymore. Very dishonest.

I've been to plenty of gyms throughout my life, this one has the distinct dishonor of being the shadiest. This gym is nothing but a money grab for the owners. Billing and contracts are a freaking nightmare. It's too bad that they are the only game in town. I would definitely not recommend.
