Best gym around. Most of the negative reviews are spurious at best. This gym has everything you need to get in top condition; staff is great, facility is clean and well ordered, plenty of benches and free weights, the trainers are respectful and professional (no they don't restrict access to certain areas of the gym as one reviewer claimed), and there are plenty of machines and a nautilus type circuit. The gym is also located directly off the bike path which is nice.
Unwelcoming. Unable to do a 45 second body scan for a non-member more than willing to pay for thier time. Will not return.
Great gym! Friendly people, not pushy. Lots of group exercise classes and nice pool and hot tub!! Love this place!!
If you need a wellness center, go somewhere else where you can get personal attention. Managing three or more people at one time is not good. They really have no plan to help you with getting better.
I love this gym. They offer a wide range of group classes that address the mind, body and soul. No matter what your fitness level is you can find one that works for you. Outstanding class instructors. I always find the staff helpful and friendly.
