Mark and another guys over there are awesome....they are *fully helpful*, always when I need they are ready to help me.

My company purchased a vehicle, the auction didn’t pass the PSI because it needed spark plugs, we order to the shop to put spark plugs and we went to pick it up and they didn’t put them so we decided to send the vehicle by transportation and by the time it got here the dealership already passed the 14 days, we expended so much money trying to fix that car and the auction never gave us any credit, during that time we have 3 more incidents with PSI and then we got $600 charges for parking, even during the COVID quarantine that nobody was able to pick up cars and the till charged us. This auction don’t care about customers even during the pandemic, not support and no mercy and we heard out of Mexico and other countries that purchased cars on line are getting charge daily for parking lot even with the knowledge by Manheim that they can’t travel, don’t trust arbitration and don’t buy at this auction, there is a lot of more MANHEIM auctions locations with better customer service. Today I gave up after talking to the general manager and he said he won’t help me at all and the charges need to be paid. Total lost in those purchases approximately $7000, credit requested $485 that the denied.

Lets do more to mark what lot is what...the map was nice but the lot was not marked so was confusion. It is hot...employees should be very open to help people walking around...ask are they finding every thing.

This auction is incredibly unreliable. I purchased 13 cars a week ago with good condition reports. Two have failed post sale inspection and one has yet to be inspected so my transport company can not pick them up. The auction employees say it’s a corporate problem. Both the auction and the customer service side say they will so nothing to remedy the situation and that they sometimes take as many as 56 days to complete inspections. I just have to wait. I’ve been in the car business since 1996 and this is the first time I’ve ever seen an auction this poorly operated.

A terrible place to do business. Arbitration is a trainwreck. Announcements are missed constantly. We buy bulk amounts of cars, (10-15 per week) have been having more issues with green light vehicles than red light ones. The last 3 green light vehicles have been major issues, overheating blown headgasket, check engine light on, undocumented damages from condition reports. I've left many messages with no reply so we're no longer going to buy or sell at man slime it's TOTAL MESS VERY UNORGANIZED
