Never received text message. After waited for 20 mins in store, still got nothing. don't waste your life there and go other place instead.
I thought for sure I’d reviewed this CVS pharmacy by now! Each pharmacist and technician greets me with a smile & by name when I go there. This truly makes my day every time. I know their job is less than easy, but even when insurance is a pain sometimes, they try what they can, which means the world to me. I feel like they truly care about ME, a fellow human on this earth :)
Over the last ten years most of the people have gotten to know me by name. The pharmacy people are the best you can get. They are extremely helpful and show empathy. I will miss them.
I used this store for years and switched because of mechanical issues with drive thru. I have since returned. Not only is the exercise better for me but the employees are the best and worth the few steps. On a quiet day I was.shopping in front area and an employee took the time to say hello ask me how I was. The pharmacy employees, while running in different directions, are always understanding, accommodating, and kind. Even when dealing with you on the phone. Thanks CVS Avon!
As a local resident who walks past the CVS in Avon Marketplace on a daily basis, I am disappointed how much the lack of care the outside landscaping is given by such a large corporation. Especially when you look at its neighbors on both sides and across RT44. The garbage that is not cleaned up eventually blows into the protected wetlands beside the building. Not a good corporate citizen in our community of Avon/Simsbury.
