Some of the people working there are kind and helpful, others at the main check-out are useless and extremely lazy. One night I asked the cashier if he had the number to the pharmacy (they were currently closed). His response was I could google it. One might think that they would have it posted there, or at least offer to get it for you. The store wasn't busy and I was the only customer.

Used to be the best pharmacy in the area.nGoing downhill quickly. I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged for a drop off. I was finally acknowledged and dropped off prescriptions to be filled at 8pm I was told 1/2 hour went back to pickup 10:30pm and it wasn't even started and they had many in front for mine.nThis has been a regular experience for the last year or so.nIt's not the technicians fault they are totally understaffed.

I like Walgreen's because sometimes in the seasonal aisles they have all seasonal items at low prices after the holidays and some Walgreen's are open 24 hours. The Walgreen's on Albany Avenue in Hartford are using Rite-Aid's old hours the store is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm and the pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
