Purchased a new MDX at Acura of Avon today. Can’t say enough about the staff there. Mike was a tremendously knowledgeable sales associate, comfortable to work with and not pushy. The business manager, Vanessa, made the business side of the deal seamless. She was extremely professional and actually made it fun. Will definitely be purchasing my next Acura there.

I had such an amazing experience at Acura of Avon! This was my first time buying a car and both Jason and Vanessa made this process completely stress-free. As soon as I got to the dealership I met with Jason who found the exact car I wanted within 10 minutes of arrival. Vanessa was so helpful with going over all the details to finance my car, which I really appreciated having no prior knowledge to car buying. Both were such great people and I'm very glad I went here to purchase my Acura.

Great dealership....fast, friendly and flexible. They made my purchase so easy! Some of the best car dealership personnel I ever worked with...from the Sales Manager (Steve), to my salesman (Jason Abate) and finally the finance manager (Vanessa)...what a team! I bought my car today at Acura Avon today. Sergio Diaz guided me through the whole process and answered every single question I had, he was a big help always with a smile and a great attitude. After I selected the car, I was transferred to Vanessa S (Sales manager). She was genuine and honest (something really hard to find). She explained everything and made my buying experience so easy and simple. Thank you guys for all the help. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Everyone was wonderful and went out of their way to do anything and everything to make my experience fabulous(again)!!nSergio was great with all the techy stuff. Vanessa was so professional and friendly, she right on the money(no pun intended)!! Natalia listened without judgment when i had a mini request!!!nAnd lastly Ron went out of his way to make my purchase extra special, queens treatment all around.nThank you all for being such a wonderful team and making my experience seamless!!
