My first experience at a toyota dealership and The best dealership from my experience earlier today amazing. I worked with Pat at first a great guy to work with and other guys are awesome for getting me out of my Nissan rogue and Into nice 2020 Toyota Corolla they do what they have to do to help you I would recommend them 110% from the best work they did to help me, there's not enough words to say thank you they are the best ever that I have worked with so if anyone is looking for good place go there and they Very respectful and.very professional to.
Very friendly!!!!nThey smile while they rob you.nThey quote a price and then add on shop supplies, ect.nIt took 3.5 hours to do rear brake pads!!!nVery, very slow, but fast to over charge!!!!nUPDATE;nI was contacted by the service manager and he apologized.nThe issue has been resolved.nI'm delighted that they are trying to do better service for their customers.
Stopped by to get my wifes light bulb replaced in her Toyota minivan. The guy sent us to parts. They sold me a bulb. The tech put it in at no charge. In and out in less than 10 minutes total... AWESOME!!!
I switched to Hoffman Toyota on the strength of a recommendation from a neighbor. I immediately saw why they had raved about their service department. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. They completed the work on our vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. I could not be more pleased with our experience!
