I had a great experience at Mitchell Volvo. I Came in with a few issues with my car and they were honest with me about what did and did not need to be fixed. I usually don’t trust mechanics because I feel like they’ll tell you to switch everything out! I had a great place to work while waiting for them to work on my car (better than at home with my kid running around!) and my car was ready in a couple of hours. Super easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!!
After receiving poor sales service at another dealership in CT, I decided to go to Mitchell Volvo and would not regret this decision. I worked with Jeff and he was great. He answered all my questions and knew every question I had asked. I told him which car I was interested in, I drove it, filled out the application and then a day later I picked up my car. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Being a first time Volvo customer, I can say I am happy with the service and vehicle I had received. Dominick was also straight forward, and explained everything about the process! Everyone at the dealership was super responsive to any questions and I was not disappointed. Mitchell Volvo has a great staff and this has been my 8th car and the first dealership I left happy!
All I can say is this dealership continues to take my breath away. I had a couple issues with my car but none that weren’t taken care of immediately or at least put my mind at ease by thoroughly explaining everything and anything. And anything that wasn’t taken care of is due to parts not available at the time but nonetheless the vehicle is still safe and drivable so no complaints from me. Thank you Brandon and the whole service department and thank you Kyle for the clarification of it all.
So happy to have Rick back keeping the SAAB dream alive. Rick and Tim are top notch and I would go out of my way to bring any SAAB business to them. Highly recommended.
