Great experience with the team at Mitchell. I got the deal going late in the afternoon over the phone and picked up later that evening. The team stayed late to ensure everything could be complete and I would be on my way with my new truck. Bill was awesome. Will definitely be returning years down the road for my next purchase. For now, I’ll recommend my friends and family who are in search of a vehicle to go see Bill and the team at Mitchell.
I visited the dealership to have some recall work and service work performed. They kept me informed the entire time, may they drop off and pick up effortless. The conversation was pleasant, and all work was performed as requested. They even vacuumed the vehicle out for me. In my opinion this is a great place to take your vehicle for servicing.
Settled on new vehicle price and trade-in price over phone and with a couple emails back and forth. Drove down to Connecticut from Massachusetts to make the deal happen. Dealership honored trade-in estimate and the quoted new vehicle price when I arrived to pick up vehicle. Entire transaction was done quickly and without any surprises. Buying from Mitchell Chrysler was a good experience.
From the moment I walked in Stuart made me feel like I’ve known him for years. Cory just made it so painless and simple to Finance the car with an amazing rate and then going through the paperwork made it seamless and explained everything in detail when I had a question. I’ve never had this kind of treatment at any other dealership, if I could rate it more than five stars I would !!! And to all the other people I didn’t mention by name you guys made it that much more of an experience. I’ve never seen a dealership work as a TEAM like they do there.
Referred to this dealer by a fellow Rotarian. We were greeted warmly and promptly, and shown a beautiful Pacifica Hybrid Limited which we took for a ride and fell in love with. The best part was the deal, it was easy and hassle free, and everyone we met with were courteous, attentive and helpful. Delivery and explanation of vehicle operation went very smoothly. We love driving our new Pacifica, a nice upgrade from our dependable Town and Country. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends!
