TEC Equipment - Las Vegas

This is the worst Volvo service ever. I had to wait 3 days just for them to put a new AC compressor. The people that work there are such amateurs and they have no idea what they are doing. The mechanic observed my truck for 2 days and had no idea from where to start. On the end of the 2 day he realised that they didn't even had the right part, and for that same day I was scheduled to get my truck out of there ready and repaired. So due to their incompetence I had to wait another whole day and I lost so much time and money. The manager Zach White is an absolutely disrespectful and rude towards customers in general. He doesn't even care if they will lose customers, all he does is just stay behind his desk doing nothing to help the customers. This cannot be a quality Volvo service, and there is no chance I'm not going back there again. I also advise you to not go there because you will lose time and money. The employees that work there cannot represent the company Volvo in any way, and the company has to take that location into account. NEVER GO TO THIS VOLVO SERVICE LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS.

Two days in the shop they couldn't even fix an air leak right. Very poor customer service with no updates on how things are going. I won't be using this shop again considering the high prices for low quality service.

said they closed at 3:30 when we called and said we were on our way for a part. Got here at 1:30 and guy at the gate says they closed at 1 and no one bothered to tell us that. THEN the guy says he can open the gate and get us the part if we give him $100. Absolutely ridiculous!

I made the mistake of taking one of our units to this dealer. Just a horrible experience all around. Very rude staff. Tried to BS us in order to avoid doing repairs under warranty. Demanded payment even though they could not produce the invoice as their "computers were down" Ive seen some ripoff artists in my time but this place takes the cake !!! **** AVOID *** AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***

Great staff working in the service department. I was told I would have my truck back by the end of business the next day, and sure enough I got it back before they closed that night.
