KFC

Apparently they close early on Sundays. I came in through the drive-thru at 9:40 and they were closed safe to say I'll never come back here again. I can't follow your own hours or service then you should probably close your doors

Really good fries & mac n' cheese, chicken isn't always perfect

I'm not one to complain about food, I've worked in the restaurant business for a while and understand how things get under pressure. It is very disappointing however to bring home a $30 meal and have to recook it. We waited inside for our 8 piece bucket about 15-20 minutes since the drive-thru was so busy. The servers were so frazzled that they kept coming over to ask if we had ordered yet and what we had. We were very grateful and understanding, but when we got home the chicken was almost undercooked, the skin was falling off and very pale as if it had entered the fryer for only a couple of minutes. We had to cook it in the oven before we could serve it. I know it's fast food, but it was still $30 for a long wait and very unsatisfying meal.

Good food and great customer service

Sorry for the long post but my experience deserves to be heard.nnThis review is for Jimeisha and the crew who closed the night of 07/27/2020 at around 9pm.nnMy father was recently diagnosed with cancer, he had to have his teeth removed because of it. My dad has a hard time chewing meat and he hasn't been able to eat anything he genuinely enjoys because of the chemo and not having any teeth right now. (dentures will come from the wounded warrior vets project after he is done with treatments) I arrived at the drive through and was greeted so nicely that it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to ask what I did next. I ordered a famous bowl for my dad, in hopes he can eat it. I asked Jimeisha if someone can PLEASE cut up the popcorn chicken as much as they could. I told them I know they'll be closing soon and I'm sorry to which she AND another woman hopped on and told me they would absolutely cut it up for me. They even went as far to ask if the corn was okay for him to eat. I'm just trying to get my dad to be able to eat things he loves because he took care of us and now it's my turn to take care of him and because of Jimeisha and the crew there tonight my dad was able to eat something he hasn't been able too and for that I'm forever thankful. Thank you guys, for going above what your job asks of you. I know it may just be KFC to some people, but to me you guys are so much more than that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Catherine.
