Loved this place so much! The staff was so nice and waiters were fantastic. Started off with dirty martinis with blue cheese olives which were amazing. We had the oysters and arancini for appetizer and both were delicious! Then shared the cowboy steak and it was to die for. Melted in your mouth and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back again! If in area it’s a must stop.

Enjoyed our dinner immensely. The space is beautiful & they've done a beautiful job of adding COVID protection, by installing plexiglass at the tables and bar in bar area. A bonus is the noise minimizing that the shields create. The menu offers a nice selection of traditional and more modern dishes. We had calamari, fried mozz, salad, and lemon chicken. Flavors on point in all. The only ding is everything came out fast and all at once. Easily remedied by asking server to stagger next time, but as a former server, its a pet peeve of mine. Staff was excellent. Will def come back.

Our server Chelsie was phenomenal. Ask for her if she's on. Specialty drinks excellently crafted, filet and salmon entree were beautifully cooked. Completely safe Covid dining experience. Whether it's a date night with someone special, or a night out with friends, look no further than Carbone's Prime. You'll thank me later.
