My hair experience with Ida was fantastic. I really recommend her to anyone looking for the best. I left another salon thinking I'd get platinum blonde or at least something close, but it turned out more orange and with breakage. I was thinking of going to CVS and just do it myself, but my husband stopped me (thank goodness) because he said he knew someone that has what I'm looking for and hooked me up. My husband's coworker got her hair done the way I wanted, so I asked her where and she said here. She immediately recommended Ida, so I looked up the salon website to check it out. It said it offered online booking, and I thought 'this place had to be pretty good' because I don't see that often so I set up an appointment and all that with my situation. She responded and I went. She consulted me about the process and explained everything clearly, even made sure if I had anything to ask or say about it. The suggestions, the cost, & the result were all upfront and there. Because of how damage my hair was, she suggested 'a 2 process & treatment' (color correction and something called a keratin treatment) would achieve the results I wanted, and it sure did!nnI am so glad I came here and thankful for Ida for helping me fix my hair. She's really professional and kind. I knew she had my best interest at heart.nnThank you so much Ida for my beautiful hair. You are truly beautiful & talented!
