They offer you less money in exchange to your clothes, but I think this is the business. They need to have a profit of it in order to live. For 7 pairs of pants, 3 shirts and a life save vest, they offer me $10.nBut they offer to the customers lot of other clothes to buy, some of them at very good price because they are on clearance.nOverall, not too bad.
Nice selection of clothing at great prices. Been here a few times & each time staff was a little rude. If u don't like your job then quit.
Normally I would rather this place a 4 at least. Not a pleasant experience today. When you go in to sell your child's clothes, and plan to buy clothes, etc, in return, and they don't tell you how much money they are paying you for your stuff until the last minute, that's not too cool! I had to ask 3 times! It seemed like a tactic to get you to feel bad if you decided to return some of the stuff that you were buying If you didn't get as much money as you thought. Honestly, I don't think it was the cashier's fault. I think it was a new policy and I don't like it!
I do not recommend selling here . They give you pennys for nice good quality clothes. Staff is catty and rude , don’t waste time or energy
For an announced first time customer, extremely unhelpful, not informative, actually UNfriendly, talked 90 mph, NO eye contact, no smile at all. The door was NOT automatic, which is really stupid for a store taking in many bins of consignment clothing. I am NOT an octopus & not very strong. You'd think someone would help but they'd rather watch you struggle. Dont bother going there. The manager was right there & said nothing.nRude rude RUDE.
