Very rude staff!! I had clothes freshly washed and folded and some we're even new and they didn't take not even 1 piece of clothe, just shoes that were clearly worn!!! I asked them why, they said, they like washed and clean and not worn out clothes! I didn't even know what to say after that! It also feels like they just took the items that were on top of the pile (which we're all shoes) and left the rest there! I found some items still folded!! And by the way the clothes on the racks looked worst then all the items I brought in!!nnWhen I walked in I was the one that greeted them and I was immediately told in a rude way that they no longer take bags of clothes that it needs to be in a bin so they can wipe it. But they'll let it pass this time! I said okay that's fine, and asked if this information was online and she said she doesn't know!! ?????? So how can you be mad at me for not knowing information you yourself don't know if it's available to me prior to walking in!!?!

Plato's Closet is a great store if you're on a budget. You can definitely find some great items there. The one reason I don't give it five stars is due to the fact that when selling items, one reason they refuse clothing is it is an old style; but a lot of the clothing on the racks is old, dingy, or out of style. I think it would benefit them to get rid of half of the clothing in that store and start building up again. I will say, however, based on the items I've sold previously, I am so grateful for Plato's teaching me how extremely high clothing/shoe markup is; because once you try to sell them, they're practically worthless.

This place is predjudice! They didn't take any of my clothing. They didn't even look through them. I was told they would text me when ready. I received a text as soon as I walked out the store. They told me I had wear and tear on clothing that had tags on them that I never wore. Everything was name brand, no stains, no rips and was bought recently. I couldn't believe it! I know they didn't look at it, I had too many clothes for them to have looked at in 1 min. They just wasn't going to except my stuff because they are prejudice.

I brought in clothing a brand new jacket and matching hat for the winter weather that is starting I also brought in a brand new jordan hoodie 1 pair of Jordan 1s that looked better than half the sneakers on the racks 2 pair of true religion shorts and 2 short sleeved shirts they took nothing and saif it was be cause of the styles I had the brand new items were thrown in the bin after they looked at everything
