Amazing customer service! We came in needing to return and forgot our receipt. I was going to just settle for store credit or some cash back by selling the items back to them but the manager returned the items for us for the full purchase price! The once upon a child in my area would definitely not have been as helpful or understanding.nClean, organized store with fair prices and an excellent selection of items. Come check it out! You’ll definitely find something you like.

I was trying to find baby girl clothes for my niece that’s expecting and I could barely look through the racks, everything was so packed in there, the place is like a large walk in closet. The toy isle was a mess, didn’t even know where to look because everything was everywhere, and what it seemed like to me the staff wasn’t doing too much about it.

I can't understand what their quality control is. I brought in 5 bins worth of clothes that I had gone through multiple times to make sure they didn't have the slightest rip, stain, fading, you name it. They were all on brand. They took $42 worth of items and I still had 4 1/2 bins left..like.....what is wrong with all the stuff I brought in? They were all better quality than 'carters' yet Carter's was what I found on the racks.....I just can't understand why and I'm not going to waste my time trying to sell there again. Total waste of all my time and effort. I like that its an instant sale and cash and that's why I brought the clothes in. But really, this stuff would sell online because it's nice and make me way more money too. I want an explanation, which they never give, for why they didn't buy certain clothes

Went in the store with my 2 year old politely asked if they can make an exception to her using their restroom as she is 2! Manager refused I understand with everything happening the precautions that need to be taken especially being an individual that works in the public health field, but if buisnesses don't have enough kindness to allow a 2 year old to use their restroom especially a buisness that specializes in childrens clothing! I simply don't believe they deserve my money. It's sad because I really enjoyed this store.
