A good selection of winter apparel, great staff and even better service. They really make you feel like you're part of family whenever I'd shopped there. I buy all my winter clothes (I.E. North Face Jackets/Coats for me and my family, Carthart apparel for work, Wife's boots, etc) from there. I took my father there a couple of weekends ago, and he bought a heavy duty insulated North Face Winter Coat with some Oakley winter gloves. Which left him fairly pleased because he couldn't find anything in his size, much less in a selection of various of high quality brands/products. Highly recommend. Sorry, about posting this after the fact but I forgot to submit my initial review.ud83dude05

If you need your order shipped quickly, Bob’s should be your go-to. I placed my order early on a Monday and got the shipping notification 2 hours later. Really impressed with the speed of this business!

Waited there for 30 min nobody helped me. I asked for help twice no one came I was ready to buy the bindings boots and board that day ready to drop 1400 nobody came to me what I wanted out. They lost my service and my gift card I received from there I will return and bring my money else where. So sad.

The prices were great and their customer service has been even better. They contacted the manufacturer of my ski bindings to get a replacement toe piece and have been top notch in communication, promptness, and helpfulness. Highly recommend Bob's Sports Chalet!

Great customer service, they have gone above and beyond what I had expected. Ricky went out of his way to make sure that my boy got the right snowboard he wanted, he took the time to track down the board and got it shipped to me. I don't write many reviews, however, with the great customer service and how friendly the staff members are I wanted to let people know that this is a great business with awesome customer service. I will do business with Bob's Sports Chalet in the future and tell people about this great company.
