The driver who came to get my car was great. Professional, understanding. He’s the only reason they’re getting any stars. The women working the phone the next day tho?! Whoa. Attitude problems, she was incredibly rude. I was told by the driver my car would be delivered that day. I call the next day my car is still at the tow place. I explain to her it’s a time sensitive matter and she exploded. Telling me that’s not how it works at their shop it’ll be delivered the NEXT day. Proceeded to give me a attitude and called me stupid after I tried to explain why it was a time sensitive issue. Completely unprofessional.

A gentleman whose name I couldn’t get (starts with T) came to tow my old car, amazing man, was very polite, communicative and flexible about the time. Thank you guys for your service!

The owner and the office lady were very kind and courteous while helping us make our car purchase. A very low pressure environment. I haven't bought a car here before but when I get another one. I will return to First Class Automotive in Bistol to purchase one from their establish. Fair deal Friday every Friday.

They're not known for car dealership, but I dealt with Rich Thomas and he saw me through the purchase of a vehicle there. He was honest, considerate and thorough. In the end, who wants to shop for a car especially if you aren't car savvy-trust and integrity are everything. And Rich certainly embodied that.
