I've tried contacting to get the results on a car that i was interested in. I did the application on line and was told to call and let them know when it was done. Well its been about 1month later and I've called numerous times about the car. No one ever called me back. Spoke to the financial salesperson last week and still no call back. The sad part is i only wanted to see what down payment i would have to pay. I actually had cash in hand for the vehicle. I even drove by there this weekend and yep the car is still packed in on the lot. Communication is key and its definitely not a priority here!!!
The owner Mike, gave great customer service. He stands behind his cars and is a man of his word. I have used the company for my family purchases for many years. He has also given great service after the sale when maintenance was needed. Being a mechanic myself, USED CARS sometimes break down after the initial purchase. Mike stands behind his sales and has even fixed things when it broke after the fact. I’ve read other reviews where people that don’t know any better bad mouth the Company. I highly recommend Choice Motors and will continue my relationship with this Company. Great deals, Great Service, and reputable.
I bought a '99 Chevrolet Suburban which ended up with a few needed repairs. Mike and the crew went way out of their way to make sure it was perfect! Great price, great service! Buy your next car here, they're great!

Everyone at Choice Motors was very easy to work with. I needed a used car for my son, and I haven't purchased a used car since 1984 :). I found a great pickup truck and everyone was helpful in getting it delivered. Sheldon, the salesman, was very responsive to my calls/texts. He kept me up to date on where things stood and when the truck would be ready. Even during a pandemic, the dealership was very busy with a lot of activity, but they were able to keep in touch with me. I've had the truck for about a month now and have been very happy with it. The one issue that cropped up, was the power window motor died on the passenger side door. Clearly something that nobody could know would fail. I brought it back to them and they ordered me a new regulator and installed it the next day. Mike, the owner, didn't even charge me for the part or the labor. This was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Choice Motors to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle. They have such a large assortment of vehicles, it'll be pretty hard to not find something you are looking for. The mechanics were great and very knowledgeable. Next time i need a used car, they're the only place I'll be looking to go.
