I am very happy with the service I have gotten from H & R Block with Lynette Nadeau as my tax preparer. I did not give a score of 5 only because my tax return has become simpler in recent years and I can no longer itemize, so I may do my own return next year to save some money, as I am in retirement now. I have done my own taxes in the past, and being on a fixed income, I need to closely watch my spending.

Lynette Nadeau based in the Southington, CT branch has always been so very helpful during tax season. She preps you before the visit to make sure you have what you need, is knowledgeable on the latest laws and requirements for the current year, offers advice for tax saving benefits both short and long term, and is always aware of the H&R Block newest offerings. Lynette is very professional and is a hidden gem in the small office here in Southington, CT. We really appreciate the service we have had over the years and the organization and preparation help us get through tax season without issue!
