Very disappointed with my experience today. After spending $80.00 for two eleven year old girls to have a great time, the staff(except for the hostess greeting us) made us feel like we were interrupting their day. When the girls went to check out their tickets,they were greeted with “what” instead of a welcoming “can I help?” Also,maybe someone in corporate should check into the quality of their prizes. Guess we will go to Dave & Busters next time!
Celebrated our friends daughter's birthday. The location was very clean. Employees continuously sanitized the rooms, tables etc. Kids had a blast as well. Games are available and are also socially distanced.
They told you to stay away from each other they are super nice love your guys's work
The place was clean but the reason for 1 star is the employees just dont seem to like their jobs they do not have friendly attitudes at all its always what or wait. What exactly were we waiting for her to finish sending her text from what i presumed by the phone in her hand. A 5 yr old should not say nevermind i dont want any prize due to the attitude the employee had because apparently we interrupted her phone conversation. Never again will i bring my family to this location.
It was clean and not super packed. Kids had a great time.
