Every time i go there i get fresh fries but never a fresh crispy chicken sandwich the chicken is always hard and flat like it’s been over cooked and been sitting out it’s ridiculous. I’ll be happy if i got a FRESH BURGER OR CHICKEN SANDWICH. makes me not want to go there anymore .
I’ve been going here for 15 years and it’s my favorite fast food place on the turnpike (miles better than McDonalds in my opinion). There have been times when my food was cold, but most of the time it’s hot and fresh! Most of the staff I’ve come across here have also been kind and attentive, thanks for all your hard work!
Finally my curiosity about why this place was always empty while the McDonald's across the street was always busy got me to go inside. I learned . The employees here are as rude, nasty and unprofessional as you could imagine. The inside of the place is a disaster. The food is awful. The burgers have a rubbery feel. If you've been to other Burger Kings that you've liked, don't expect anything similar here.

This location is the worst.nNot one of the Hispanics is smarter than the next. One of them gets confused the whole place starts clucking like a hen house. God forbid you want a couple extra ketchups. They act like they're coming out of their own pocket. Needless to say I'll get my lunch on the other side of the bridge. Jeeeeez.
