I was late to a class (about 2 minutes) due to traffic and was locked out of the class. I've been doing yoga for 10+ years and have never been locked out of a class before. If you are running late you quietly go to an open space and join the flow.nThis was the day before having major surgery and being off work for disability. I texted them asking for a refund and they refused to give me my money back and instead of coming to any sort of middle ground they just started ignoring me. I feel seriously disrespected as a consumer. Save your time and take your business elsewhere.
Unfortunately the person that runs this business comes across as very insecure. On multiple occasions, I believe this person has taken aim at other women in business to make it harder to do business in the area. This person has appeared to make complaints about other women owned businesses operating fully within their rights in Rocky Hill.nWhen I attended the studio for fitness, there were many passive aggressive signs to direct customers. It was very unwelcoming and unnecessary direction for adults that pay to attend. Needless to say I don't feel like going back there.nnEdited: KC I have refrained from posting a review in hopes the drama would leave the former employee of yours alone. Unfortunately, it's clear you cannot leave her alone. So I feel the need to let others know that you continue to seek out her business doings and actively put a stop to them. Not very supportive if you ask me. But that's just my opinion.
