Ok, so I blew up the old truck on the pass! Mathew was quick and courteous and saved us! He's our FAV tow truck guy!!!
He towed my truck after my truck got into a wreck and when I went to get stuff out of my truck I need for work he got in my face starting yelling at me saying I’m not to get anything out of the truck until I pay the tow bill and then proceeds to vandalize my truck right in front of me. I will never use these guys again. They have no respect for people what so ever.
I lost a mudflap off of my trailer. I called J&D and was told that they were 2 weeks out. Ummm.... I really don't know what else to say about this. I really never expected to be told they couldn't get me a mudflap for 2 weeks. Unbelievable....
Great place! Centrally located and all the employees are very knowledgable! Will be bringing my truck back to them!
I got stuck on a Sunday with a piece of equipment and Jim made it out to me in quick order, fixed it in no time, and was really helpful the whole time.
