I went for a gasoline fill up at this Citgo today. The price per gallon is good at $1.979, while many stations are creeping over $2.00 at this point in time. That's good, but I paid at the pump and the receipt didn't come out. I do not like that. If I want a receipt at that point, I would have to go inside, which is counter productive to the whole pay at the pump thing.nThere is a convenience store... Atlantis Fresh Market, so it has everything you would expect at a store like that; drinks, snacks, cigarettes, etc.nIt is a very busy location on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT

This station has an excellent location and really low prices, but not as low as when they'd get into a price war with the old Hess station down the street. Because it has cheap prices and an excellent location, it can get mobbed. There are times of the day and certain days of the week that this place is to be avoided like the plague because the lot is bumper to bumper cars trying to move in all directions. Really. Not kidding. Don't say I didn't warn you.nnBecause it's so busy, at least I'm hoping that is the reason, the staff can be outrageously rude if you ask the wrong question at the counter or just hit them at the wrong moment. They can also be amazingly brusque with you even if you are polite and courteous. Also, some employees like to take a smoke break right next to the door, in violation of the state's 25 foot law and likely in violation of fire code. (Smoking outside at a gas station??!) Saying anything can get you yelled at or worse.nnPerhaps because it's so busy and because the staff can be overworked, this station gets hit with card skimmers with amazing regularity. Be warned. Really.nnLastly, I'm not a big fan of the advertising TVs yelling at you from every pump. That's enough on its own to keep me away.
